Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we can assist you with a return.

To begin your return, simply email info@ashigear.com and provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange. We will send you a return shipping label and get you taken care of! 

At Ashi Gear, we're not a fan of restocking fees, and strict return timeframes. We're here to offer service you can count on and trust. 

Please note: we can only accept returns for items that are unused and unwashed.
